updating the Legislative Guide to June 30, 2008

The purpose of this assignment is the one to do at least the Legislative Guide to be updated to June 30, 2008 and the other with a steering committee proposals for a structural adjustment of the Legislative Guide, check in other words, that: 1. The data can not be accessed in a user-friendly way; 2. Certain categories are deleted, c.q. new sections are added; 3. An extension of the documentary part is desirable. 4. Miscellaneous
