TTC its vision is to strengthen each other, build-up competitive "top technology"-clusters and bring a "top technology region" to life. Economies & people within the triangle Southern-Netherlands / Western-Germany / Eastern-Belgium are growing ever closer together. One of the main assets of this cross-border region, the greater Euregio Meuse-Rhine area, is the huge knowledge potential. Based on an international benchmark-study several promising business & technology fields were identified for cross-border development & cooperation: Advanced materials, Life sciences and High-tech-systems (covering Energy, ICT, Automotive). TTC provides special opportunities for technology-oriented companies to get to know companies from across the borders, esp. their competencies & technologies. First interesting topics for cross border cooperation were identified per technology- & business-field. Technology-oriented companies as well as universities/R&D are asked to bring in their competencies, demands and ideas. Especially SMEs are invited to participate and will be in the drivers's seat, TTC will encourage the cooperation in and between the business fields through active Business Development Support (BDS), offering companies suitable knowledge, help & incentives from BDS-experts. TTC offers excellent opportunities to develop ideas and to create new market opportunities.
