TeTRRA - Technology Transfer and Recruiting in Rural Areas . TeTRRA - Technology Transfer & Recruiting in Rural Areas "is a cross-border project in the MEUSE-RHINE EUREGION with financial support from the European Union. 13 partners have the common goal of promoting knowledge and technology transfer between universities, university colleges and innovative small and medium enterprises (SMEs) . Next to the technology transfer the TeTRRA focusses on keeping high potentials in the euregion. TeTRRA includes a wide network of innovation centers and research institutions who are available for questions about recruiting high potentials, knowledge transfer and/or innovation support.
