Synthesis and structural studies towards VIP peptidomimetics. (FWOTM530)

Starting from the &-helix-containing conformation of the VIP, peptical analogs will initially be synthesized by improved pharmacokinetic properties. A second method is the stabilisation of the &-helix by bridgeformation on three different ways.
The main aim of this project is the design and synthezising of non-peptical mimetica.
