Study of the stimuli required for the generation and maintenance of hematopoietic stem cells from humanpluripotent stem cells

The generation of hematopoietic stem cells from pluripotent stem cells will be studied. To this end, reporter lines will be generated for PU.1, MEIS1 and CD3epsilon. Subsequently hematopoiesis from PSC will be studied in the niche using confocal microscopy.
