Study on disqualifications as a sanctioning measure in the national systems of the Member States (Project for the European Commission).

The study is twofold: firstly, an overview is provided on the current regime regarding disqualifications in the EU Member States, both on a National (definition, consequences, modalities regarding imposing and executing etc.) and crossborder (cooperation between the Member States, etc.) level, based on an in-depth study and questionnaire. Secondly, the data will be analysed and used to formulate propositions for the future policy legislative initiatives by the EU (European Commission).
