Structure-based design of new antitubercular medicines

To goal of the CELSA alliance is to employ a structure centered approach to identify putative lead compounds that target aminoacyl-tRNA synthetases in Mycobacterium tuberculosis. The efforts would provide an important springboard for the future development of new antitubecular drugs.
