A social context perspective on the role of feedback interventions in stimulating innovative work behavior

This research project aims to provide a broader perspective on the role of feedback in stimulating creativity and innovation. Through a series of experimental and field studies, we will investigate (a) which sources employees turn to when seeking feedback on their ideas, and (b) what the impact is of seeking feedback with multiple sources on creativity and innovative behavior.
