SMILE-IT: Stable Multl-agent LEarnIng for neTworks (SMILE-IT)

  The SMILE IT PROJECT aims to develop a framework for analyzing and managing modern, networked systems. These systems consist of a large number of heterogeneous entities or agents, each acting individually to achieve a specific objective and therefore influence other agents in the network. The developed framework must be sufficiently general to be applicable to a wide variety of applications. Moreover, the methods must be scalable and guarantee a certain performance, even in uncertain situations.
