Science on your plate: an event on a broad project on popularization and communication about science and food.

This project proposal valorizes the scientific expertise about food present in the different disciplines at the university Ghent. The results from different and very diverse scientific disciplines will be shown to a broad public in a popularizing manner by means of a exhibition with different side activities.
