The role of the National Assembly in the process of dealing with the past in Serbia

This research will specifically look at how National Assembly of the Republic of Serbia perceived the need and shaped the process of dealing with the past in Serbia, policies and strategies of transitional justice that were discussed, explained and implemented in the National Assembly with purpose to address the legacy of atrocities committed during the Yugoslav Wars in 1990s.
