Recovering Emotionally COVID (RECOVID)

The "Recovering Emotionally from COVID19" study is an initiative from the World Mental health consortium. The central aim is to investigate the short- and long-term emotional effects of the COVID19 pandemic in healthcare professionals. In more detail, the specific aims are to investigate the prevalence, incidence, and persistence of mental disorders and suicidal thoughts and behaviors among healthcare professionals (MD, psychologist, physiotherapists, nurses, and other healthcare professionals), their self-reported quality-of-life, and use for services because of emotional reasons. The results will elucidate to what extent stress and (coping with) emotional problems are associated with and attributable to personal and contextual factors.
