The provision of external assistance in developing solutions to problems in connection with the renovation Pact (R-7140)

This offer covers application VEA / REG / 2016 / LP / 02 with the request of the Flemish Energy Agency to provide external support for the development of solutions to problems in connection with the renovation Pact, specifically (1) the development of one or more monitoring indicators for the renovation Pact applicable both short and medium term, and (2) the development and testing of practical tools to motivate different audiences of the renovation Pact to a profound energy renovation of their houses. The offer first gives a description of the problem statement for the follow-up indicator and the motivators. Next a research approach for both parts is proposed, including an action plan and a proposal for timing. In conclusion the fixed cost for this contract and the expertise of the tenderer are discussed.
