Postharvest technology, food chemistry and processing: developing the supply chain towards more health food.

The conference is dedicated to actual research findings and state of the art in the area of food science and technology, but with specific focus on food nutrition quality and safety. Attention is paid to the situation in South East Asian countries and other developing countries in the south.

The conferenc includes the following session:

-Session 1: Postharvest technology and food processing

-Session 2: Nutrition quality, Safety, and health inpact



Prior to each (sub)session, a lecture will be given by keynote speakers woth the topics covering postharvest technology, innovative food processing, nutrition, and food safety. through these in depth learning formats, participants will be able to dive deep into particilur topics, and interact with their collegues for 4 full days
