PILOT "nature-based solutions for burnout prevention" (R-9185)
This pilot analyses the effect of nature-based solutions for the prevention of work-related stress symptoms. Over a period of three weeks, 60 employees take part in a diverse set of nature-based activities. The research consists of a diverse set of measurements of well being, including: (i) questionnaires related to personal stress levels and indicators of mental, physical and emotional well-being, and (ii) objective measurements such as cortisol measurements, neurocognitive testing and real time stress measurements. De results will show the effectiveness of nature-based solutions for the prevention of work-related stress symptoms.
