Optimisation and cost management of zero-energy social massive and passive houses
Development of a simulation tool which enables designers of zero-energy social houses to optimize the energy performance and the cost. Realization of a pilot project, a group of zero-energy houses, to demonstrate the feasibility of zero-energy social housing.
