Modular Confocal Raman Microscope
The envisioned equipment comprises of a modular confocal Raman microscope for bio-imaging and identification of (bio-)molecules (molecular fingerprinting). The setup includes a microscope body with positioning stage, Nd-YAG laser, detectors and spectrometers as well as a sensitive Peltier-cooled CCD camera and allows for visualizing chemical properties with diffraction limited resolution.
