This evaluation is primarily aimed at learning about interventions within the movement work and political functioning with a view to adjusting the current program and informing policy within the organization and the future program. With regard to the DAC criteria, the evaluation aims to focus on the relevance, effectiveness of change theory and social sustainability criteria.
