Marketization of care and social justice: a public administration – social work perspective on the meaning of personal care budgets in care for mentally disabled people.

 With this interdisciplinary project, we want to study the right to care for mentally disabled people in changing policy and administrative context. Via the combination of public administration and social work knowledge, we want to investigate the administrative and organisational conditions for the right to care in the changing system of personal care budgets in Flanders.
