ITUC-SUPPORT

The Trade Union Development Cooperation Network (TUDCN) is a global network within the International Trade Union Confederation (ITUC) in support of international trade union solidarity projects. In this new initiative, TUDCN is contributing to the elaboration of Trade Union Policy Guidelines on Organisational Capacity Assessment (OCA); and is helping to develop joint criteria for capacity building/organising strategies in the trade union movement. HIVA-KU Leuven was asked to support the activities of a TUDCN working group in this area to help achieve its objectives.
