Inside legal entities’ heads : towards an explicit and systematical assessment of legal entities’ knowledge in private law

This research searches an adequate legal solution for the problem of attribution of a representative's (or any other worker's) knowledge to a legal entity, with special attention for the fragmentation of tasks and knowledge inside that legal entity. The research includes a comparative section, considering in particular Germany and the Netherlands.
