Identification of the immunologic mechanism of action of an M2e-based influenza vaccine
Protection against influenza A by vaccination with M2e-fusion constructs depends on antibodies. The aim is to determine the role of Fc receptors, antibody isotypes, macrophages and NK cells in this protection.
