Homelessness counting: pilot study.

There are as yet no figures available on the number of homeless people in Belgium. In this project we want to fine-tune, apply and describe the method of a point-in-time 'homelessness'. This project has four objectives: to describe the two scenarios for a census in collaboration with all relevant stakeholders, to test the scenarios in Flanders and Wallonia in 2 larger cities and 2 more rural areas, to achieve coordination between the new censuses in Flanders and Wallonia and the existing census in Brussels, the development of a tool and manual to organize censuses.
