Project

Fundamental building blocks for real-time high-throughput (sub)-THz lab-on-chip system for label-free monitoring of bio-molecular interactions. (FWOAL682)

This project aims at fostering the interdisciplinary convergence between the engineering, physical and life science community, and paving the way to a new scientific discovery in drug screening and medical diagnostics. The paradigm that water might be an essential functional but also structural element for all biomolecules is getting a wider acceptance.
