Project

Free time of young people in migration

This research project addresses the call for research into leisure activities among young people in migration, as issued by the Agency for Socio-Cultural Work, Department of Youth. The project call focuses on both the perspective of the young people and that of other actors involved, and wishes to answer questions such as how much free time young people in migration have, what they expect, to what extent these young people find a suitable leisure time offer and what role the existing youth work offer plays in this.

To answer these research questions, this research uses a mixed-methods research design in which quantitative survey analyses are combined with focus groups.
