Project
Follow-up of jobseekers in ESF actions in the context of the operational programme for the European Social Funds in Flanders 2007-2013.
The aim of the follow-up survey of job seekers in ESF actions is the measurement of the indirect effects of participation in ESF actions in the longer term. to this end, a second wave of the panel survey is planned within a span of approximately one and a half years after leaving the action. The central variables relate to employability (different dimensions) and the actual changes in the labour market situation of the respondents. Not only the current situation but also the career path (especially since the first survey) will be mapped. Particular attention is paid to the mediating role of subjective effects on employment effects with vulnerable groups in the longer term.
