Exploring genetic diversity in green seaweeds using next-gen sequencing and comparative genomics
Using transcriptomics based on next generation sequencing technologies we aim to ellucidate the cytological complexity which is encountered in green seaweeds (Ulva, Caulerpa, Dasycladales).
