exploration of immunogenicity of apoptosis, necroptosis and autophagy in experimental anti-cancer treatments

In this project we will explore (1) in vitro and in vivo impact of cancerous cells dying in Tet-on inducible way by apoptosis, necroptosis and autophagy on immune cells and (2) analyse the role of these cell death modalities in anti-tumor immune responses.
