Effects of different strains of Lactobacillus plantarum on growth performance, immunity and tight junction in gnotobiotically grown Artemia

To study the mechanism of action of different strains of Lactobacillus plantarum by their effects on growth performance, immune gene expression and tight junction in a gnotobiotic Artemia model system in presence and absence of Vibrio harveyi challenge.
