Dried blood spots in toxicology; towards new insights and new applications

Blood sampling via dried blood spots has many advantages and is being applied in many areas. However, this sampling strategy is associated with several limitations and issues, with as most important issue the hematocrit. In this project, we will focus particularly on the hematocrit problem and we will develop new applications, based upon quantitative dried blood spot analysis.
