In the framework of the announcement procedure at the EC for granting state support to initiatives for consolidating intermodal rail and inland navigation volumes in the port, a note is to be drafted containing a detailed calculation of the external costs and benefits of this measure. This note is prepared by collaborators of the Antwerp Port Authority and the Flemish Region (MOW). In this project, this note is critically assessed.
