Division of competence concerning judicial organisation and judicial reforms

The project will generate reform proposals regarding the vertical division of competence concerning judicial organization and the horizontal division of judicial competence with the debate about judicial pluralism (separated administrative and civil courts) and monism. A comparative legal analysis and a law and economics evaluation will be conducted.
