Dissecting the regulatory dynamics that govern Kupffer cell differentiation

We aim to unravel the regulatory dynamics underlying Kupffer-cell differentiation. By combining expertise in computational modeling (Dambi group) and self-generated experimental mouse models (Onset group) we will design new data mining algorithms that will allow to model Kupffer-cell differentiation from high-throughput single-cell datasets. Importantly, our novel mouse models will allow the in vivo validation of these in silico predictions.
