Development and applications of fast algorithms to solve electromagnetic and acoustic field problems

In this project we wish te develop a new fast full-wave field simulation algorithm and explore its application in new electromagnetic material design, in high-frequency passive circuit design, in electromagnetic antenna design and propagation prediction, in acoustic outdoor field simulations, design of acoustic devices and spaces, and in the simulation of advanced passive optical components.
