Project

Computational methods for modelling the cell cycle as a nonlinear process

The aim of this project is the design and development of algorithms for modelling the regulatory cell cycle of plants, in particular Arabidopsis. This is a multidisciplinary project that combines advanced mathematical techniques from dynamical systems theory with computer science methods to study fundamental problems in molecular genetics.
