Collective representation of professional & managerial staff in companies within the metal and technology industry: an investigation into practices in companies and regulations

The study tries to find out what the actual situation is of collective representation for professional and managerial staff via trade union and non-trade union structures. This is done by questioning the management, representatives and the staff themselves. In addition, there is an international section whereby through a literature study and interviews the situation in France, Germany, the Netherlands, Sweden and Italy is being reviewed.
