The changing geography of the world city network in the context of the financial crisis

This research project examines how the geography of the world city network is impacted by the global financial crisis. The analytical framework is based the longitudinal datasets of the GaWC research group, which present a networked description of the urbanized world economy through the location streatgies of globalized services firms.
