B-CCENTRE-ICSS2015: Cybercrime Law Enforcement Programme CyberLEAP: Organisation of B-CCENTRE workshop on 3 February and International Cyber Security Strategy Congress on 4-5 February 2015 in Louvain.

The Cybercrime Law Enforcement Programme aims to provide an occasion and platform for information & knowledge sharing and cooperation between Law Enforcement Authorities in the EU and experts -from public & private sector, as well as academia- to enhance understanding of the cybercrime phenomenon in all its facets and the means and ways for combatting it. It involves the organisation of ICSS2015, a two-day International Cyber Security Strategy Congress in Leuven on 4-5 February 2015 and of a specialised pre-Congress workshop on 3 February 2015 to present the research results & training modules developed in the framework of the B-CCENTRE project. Costs will be co-funded for participants from Cybercrime Centres of Excellence as well as from Law Enforcement Authorities in all EU Member States to be present at both events. By co-financing expenses for the main speakers of ICSS2015 and interested participants from public authorities, the overall accessibility of the Congress will be increased, thus contributing to enhanced knowledge exchange and networking.
