Audit and/or validation of fourth generation strategic passenger transport models (R-6494)

The subject of the contract is the further development of the strategic people model Flanders, the 5 provincial traffic models and the propagation model PROMOVIA. The contract entails that the client is supported in the further development of these instruments. These traffic models are used in various planning tasks, both at the project level (e.g. calculation of the traffic effects of an infrastructure project) as on the planning level (e.g. calculation of larger packages of measures for a complete field). The contract consist of 5 parts. This part covers parcel 3: audit and/or validation of fourth generation strategic people models.
