Organisation profile:

Immunogenetics

The Immunogenetics cluster groups 3 laboratories: (i) Adaptive Immunology, (ii) Inborn Errors of Immunity and (iii) Clinical and Diagnostic Immunology.

Although each laboratory has a specific focus and know-how (see description of the labs), a common interest of the 3 labs is the study of the genetic and functional basis of immune disorders, in particular primary immunodeficiency, immune dysfunction, auto-inflammation and autoimmunity.  The cluster encompasses not only laboratory capabilities but also expert clinical expertise.  The interaction and collaboration between the labs is fostered by organizing monthly meetings to discuss research activities and by sharing PhD students and technical platforms.
