Studying government's actions in the economy in an integrated (or holistic) manner is needed, in particular (but not limited to) when this occurs is the maximalistic form of actual market participant.
Regarding the legal dimension, the research mainly deals with economic law (including, in particular, business law in its various contexts, thus viewed from the broad sense of the concept) and the administrative law (both the classical administrative law and the specific doctrines of the Administrative law such as spatial planning and urban planning, environmental law, etc.).
These distinct legal fields may ultimately include the study areas of (a number of colleagues) within the ECOR and STBR departments.
Moreover, from various of the concepts used, such as "public sector law", "public enterprise", "public or public credit institution", "public private partnership" (PPS) already appears by definition that the two disciplines are on a balanced basis in the (right) Scientific research on such phenomena should be addressed.
