Organisation profile:- History Port of Antwerp 19th-20th centuries (cargohandling and prosopographic research on masters or members of these companies). - Entrepreneurial History (especially maritime enterprises). - History of Belgian Stock Exchanges (together with SCOB - Study Center for Enterprise and Stock Exchange). - History of Belgian Banking. - International Project: The Performance of European Business in the 20th century, managed by Youssef Cassis. (LSE=London School of Economics) and Terry Gourvish (LSE), in collaboration with scholars from UK, France, Germany, Italy, Spain, Sweden. The University of Antwerp is in charge of the Belgian contribution. - The Belgian/Flemish Welfare State and Social Partnership (20th century).
