Research Group

Main organisation:Physics
Lifecycle:1 Oct 2009 →  Today
Organisation profile:The research group uses advanced microfluorimetric methods, which are partially based on nonlinear optical processes, for the study of a) the cell membrane organization, b) distribution and dynamics of membrane receptors, c) brain tissue (including cell tracking), and d) biopsies.
Keywords:anomalous diffusion, biopsy characterization, cell membrane organization, cholesterol, confocal microscopy, fluorescence lifetime imaging microscopy (FLIM), second harmonic generation microscopy (SHG), statines, total internal reflection fluorescence microscopy (TIRF), two-photon excitation microscopy (TPEM)
Disciplines:Biophysics
