LinC Low Countries: a Flemish-Dutch Leadershipprogramme for the Cultural sector

LinC Low Countries is a leadership program for managers in the cultural sector in Flanders and the Netherlands. Through 3 learning tracks (8 labs, cultural connections and interventure) the 20 participants are coached in their knowledge, leadership skills and attitudes. Personal growth, organizational maturity and the ability to respond to a highly volatile context are key concepts here.
