Project
Circulating tumor cells as a target of anti-metastatic treatment in melanoma.
Using a variety of approaches including mouse genetics, patient-derived xenotransplantation, organoids combined with spatiotemporal single-cell multi-omics, state of the art bioinformatics and machine learning, we aim to understand how cell-cell communications regulate intra-tumor heterogeneity (ITH), growth, metastasis and response to therapy.
