Project

Capturing the phosphorylation landscape during regulation of nodulation for sustainable use of nitrogen in soybean cultivation

The molecular mechanisms underlying regulation of nodulation in soybean in response to rhizobia and nitrate will be studied in this project. Phosphoproteomics will reveal new molecular players of the NARK pathway, which will be further investigated through biochemical and genetic approaches to understand the role of these new NARK signalling components in the regulation of nodulation.
