Human capital as key to digital transformation

We live in a rapidly evolving digital world that changes jobs and careers drastically. Employees are being confronted with digital workplaces, new ways of working and technological innovations that are entering the office. As a consequence, acquired skills might become redundant while new skills are becoming important. This requires a growth mindset and digital appetite.  
Relying on the principles of design thinking, we develop an innovative service to stimulate office workers in the context of digital transformation. Focus is on supporting and strengthening employees and creating a digital- and growth mindset. We do this by developing an online learning journey.
