Source-driven metabolome prediction towards 3P medicine in children

Source-driven metabolite predictions (based on diet, microbiome, …) for children with obesity will be proposed, providing a basis towards individualization of treatments (3P principle). For this purpose, various (metabolic) data from 4 pediatric cohorts (n = 1412) will be included in machine learningbased prediction models. Next, this will be brought into routine clinical practice with the help of a patented sampler.
