Maternal health dynamics in a rural community of Punjab-Pakistan

The Pakistani Government is implementing birth control policies as the country is the fifth  most populated country in world. Contradictorily, Pakistani society is socially pronatalist pushing couples to procreate. Thus, women’s reproductive health has become the center of attention for Pakistani government and society. So, this ethnographic research is focused to document the present state of women’s reproductive health impacted by government policies and social norms.
