Beyond limbo: theorizing, analyzing and realizing human rights protection of non-removable migrants

Third country nationals without residence permits make up a complex group, for which the Belgian legal system does not provide any explicit regulation. This doctoral research project wants to take a closer look at the legal position of this group, and put forward alternatives through an in-depth comparative law section.
